I like how you listed things that require talent, skill, hard work and dedication. This requires none of that.

If you just watched kids playing they would at least try to have fun and seeing them enjoy themselves might bring a smile to your face.

Watching an adult play around on the floor with a serious look on their face like they are 6 hours into a 10 hours shift at a tedious factory job just seems miserable.

I agree that this seems ridiculous and, imo, nasty but...do you think the first 100 people who watched Interpretive dance or anything really thought "oh man this is amazing and takes talent and hard work and dedication?

Honestly I don't. I bet folks laughed at them behind their backs and thought it was absurd.

For the record, I'm not expecting this to be in the Olympics in 50 years.

For many of these types of projects it’s a requirement to attend and its pass/fail for zero credit. I always seemed to fail this requirement when I was in school.

Wait, you mean to tell me that this girl didn’t spend countless hours dedicating herself to this show in order to deliver a flawless performance? Nonsense!
