The funniest thing about this nonsense is that this level of stress will, in fact, skyrocket your cortisol and consequently lower testosterone. How come they never test levels before and after? The instructors can't even grasp this concept because most of them don't know what the f they are talking about and are on TRT or steroids.

Yep, I bet all of these sad dude bros are taking massive testosterone doses intravenously or in gel form. TRT is a multi-billion dollar industry growing at an alarming rate. I have two friends who have traveled way down this rabbithole and they do not handle medical facts on it well at all. They're convinced doctors cautioning against it are just trying to keep them from a secret fountain of youth and super powers.

They already had me with the poorly choreographed synchronized swimming but those fake punches is what did me in.

ETA: you know what? I'm part of the problem. These men are not hurting anybody except potentially themselves so why am I judging? And all the comments calling them gay, although the obvious joke, kinda made me sad too. We all need to try to be a little less judgemental or at a minimum, realize when we're doing it and ask why we're judging.

It does look really silly though and I don't even have the sound on so maybe a little judgment is okay.

I struggle to see the problem with this type of thing. I mean yes, it looks a bit silly and it’s definitely not my cup of tea, but these are consenting adults and if it improves their wellbeing and by extension the wellbeing of their friends and family then it can’t be a bad thing.
