Yeah reading this these bs comments made me lose more faith in my sex, go meet or actually talk to a woman you weirdos. It's genuinely like this 24/7 damn near.

People here actually trying to claim the men did nothing wrong and the women were wrongly filming them lmao... Sometimes you have a few decent weeks where you forget just how much of a shithole Reddit is, but it never fails to remind you sooner or later.

They’re being filmed in public definitely without consent so they are watching the person behind the camera. Totally normal reaction Sorry I forgot that as a man I have to be completely stoic and un reacting at all times

I have a daughter and I hate to think about the fact that this will start happening to her long before she even knows what sex is.

It happened to me for the first time when I was 9. I was tall for my age, I guess.

It happens to all young girls. I remember multiple times being gawked at by grown men while I was looking at Barbie’s in the toy aisle.

Make sure she knows she can look to other adults for help. A lot of times we don’t because we’re shamed into thinking we’re being overdramatic

Yeah. I genuinely don’t really know how to navigate it at all yet. I know I want her to feel safe to tell me or her mom things, to be able to state boundaries firmly, to have a sense of bad situations or when someone has an ulterior motive but there’s only so much you can prepare her for. I’m more afraid of the people she knows than randoms on the bus. I think it depends on the kid what resonates and what kind of advice you need to give as well. All I know is to not make it about me.

In any case it’s fucking awful that I know without a shadow of a doubt that by the time she’s 12 she’ll have at the absolute very least felt the stare of a man objectifying her and that she’ll have to learn how to navigate that in life. It’s actually vile. Anyway I had more to write about this than I thought sorry.
