It isn't all guys but there are enough of them that you have to be careful. There are reasons women prefer to travel in groups and are cautious around pretty much every man they meet.

These men are doing this shit out in the open. Your narrative that they would go to such lengths to hide their intentions is laughable. Unlike trains, a woman can exit a bathroom immediately, and there are locks on the stall door. Even in the most progressive places right now, men aren’t wearing dresses just to loiter in the bathroom and prey on women. Show me those receipts.
