That cone needs a structural engineer. Is Attribute POP controlling the scoop positions, their shapes, or both?

Neither. Technically position is an attribute but all POPs in TouchDesigner have position and normal as a default. The only attributes added besides colour are the sphere Id, whether it is stuck and which vertex Id it is stuck to. I explain how it works in this YouTube video
