Joker and Giorno Giovanna take a stand and take your heart when they join in the Death Battle Versus!

The music is Requiem For A Thief by Therewolf Media. The footage comes from Joker vs Giorno, owned by Death Battle.

Rules:

1. One suggestion per person. Most upvotes on a single post will be added.
2. Your suggestion should be a matchup, not an individual fighter. ie Shadow is not eligible, Shadow vs Mewtwo is.
3. Once a character has been used in one matchup, they cannot be used again. ie if Shadow vs Mewtwo wins, Shadow vs Vegeta is no longer eligible, since you can already choose to play as Shadow.
4. Battle Royals are ineligible. Army battles are eligible, but may be disqualified if an important character is already on the roster. ie If Ash vs Yugi wins, Pikachu vs Blanka won't be considered due to Pikachu being an important part of Ash's army.
5. 3 characters per series.
6. Only official episodes are eligible, as of Shadow vs Mewtwo. This will update as time goes on.

The Achievements was a fun idea but, in hindsight, it's going to take up half the body text by the end so I'll collate them into a Google Doc and link it here so it can still be viewed here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1M2luok1JbSQSyAo6uUKRKvpjmTwKM4qw1PIVwfbdwwc/edit?usp=sharing

Each slasher villain desires their own army of followers. However, certain criteria must be achieved before each member can join.

Elect one character for one faction (you can elect additional members in the same round, but not in the same faction). Consider this their audition.

If you submit just a character without any explanation or similarities, I won’t personally upvote.
If you submit a character with an explanation, that gets an upvote.
If you manage to state three criteria your character embodies similarly to the slasher icon, you will get an upvote and a bonus upvote.

I will post on occasion but I will not grant myself bonuses regardless for the sake of being fair.

Character must not belong to any of the prior franchises but can be from any source (movies, television, comics, anime, books, pop culture, folklore and mythology).
For the sake of consistency, only villains and monsters should be allowed for entry. Anti-heroes may be allowed as well.

The top 3 most upvoted will be added to the roster, any ties will be split arbitrarily. Votes are non accumulative no matter how many times the character is elected. Next round will be up in 12 hours.

Welcome to Spooky Month Maker, a roster revolving around matching characters to Spooky Month’s horror tropes!

RULES:

1. No downvoting, please and thank you

2. Suggestions must fit the following descriptions listed below. If need be, try to be prepared to offer a reason as to why your suggestion fits that character’s horror archetype.

4. No IRL suggestions, please

5. Limit of 3 reps per franchise

The Good

● Lawful Good: These individuals act with compassion, honor, and a strong sense of duty. They believe in order, rules, and using established societal structures to do the most good

● Neutral Good: These characters do the best they can to help others. They want to do good but aren't strictly bound by rules or traditions; they will break the law if it means saving someone or doing the right thing

● Chaotic Good: These characters value personal freedom and do whatever is necessary to bring about positive change. They disdain bureaucratic organizations and authority figures that get in the way of helping others

,The Neutral*

● Lawful Neutral: These characters follow a strict personal code, law, tradition, or system. Order and tradition are paramount to them, regardless of whether the outcome is inherently good or evil

● True Neutral: These individuals prefer to stay out of the fray. They may actively seek to maintain a balance between good, evil, law, and chaos, or simply act based on the needs of the moment without grand convictions

● Chaotic Neutral: These characters highly value their own absolute freedom and individuality. They shirk rules, traditions, and authority simply because they don't like being told what to do, acting primarily on personal whim

The Evil

● Lawful Evil: These individuals ruthlessly take what they want within the limits of a code, tradition, or law. They value order, but only to enforce their own will and oppress others, often using legal loopholes to their advantage

● Neutral Evil: These characters are purely out for themselves. They are opportunists who have no qualms about breaking laws or betraying others to achieve their objectives. They are typically unconcerned with grand schemes of order or rebellion—only their own personal gain

● Chaotic Evil: These characters act with a complete disregard for others and are driven by greed, hatred, and a lust for destruction. They generally do not respect any rules, codes, or even the lives of their allies

The rules for this one are simple.

-It has to be an actual Scooby-Doo original villain. It can't be a character they only went against because of a crossover. So no one like The Joker or Dick Dastardly or someone random like that. Only characters that were originally created for Scooby-Doo.

-But I will accept villains from any era or media pertaining to Scooby-Doo. So all the cartoons, the movies, the games, the comics, are on the table.

-Only the top upvoted comment gets in with a new one every single day for thirty days.

-If there is ever a tie I'll use a random generator to choose who makes it in.

-Please do not downvote anyone, that's not cool.

-I won't upvote any comment myself to prevent bias.

I think that's pretty much it. Have fun with this one.
