Question/Help/Troubleshooting PC 1 Beep into crash

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I recently tried a BIOS update since my fans were suddenly extremely loud and it was recommended that I update it. However while I was in another room I heard my pc give a loud beep and was wondering what happened. Now whenever I turn on my pc I get this loud beep noise for a second after turning my pc on. Sometimes instantly after pressing the power sometimes a second or two later. How can I fix my pc so it functions again?

Fans getting louder over time usually is a sign of build up dust xD.
The beep after the flash indicates a hardware or bios issue.
Does the system post anything on the screen?
If not, i would try to reflash the bios.
If it posts anything it is very likely that you have to configure your bios again, because the flashing process erased the settings it had.

Aw tbh should’ve cleaned those fans a year of two ago xD. Fans react normal now however the system does not post anything on the screen since it only lasts for a sec or two. Would you know how to reflash the bios without access to the monitor?
