Question/Help/Troubleshooting My computer does this glitch more often after I power up my computer. It also sometimes shuts off. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

(the clicking was on my other monitor to navigate around twitch)
I'm running a shadow 2x 5060, an ASUS B850-E WIFI motherboard, and Corsair Vengeance DDR5 Ram

This seems like a physical hardware problem to my eyes. I would start by checking the physical connection on both the PC and monitor. Unplug the cable, check for damage on the monitor and PC video port. Examine the cable. I've had pets chew on mine before and leave tiny bite marks on it that are hard to see. Sometimes its easier to run your hand over the cable to find damage.

If your video (GPU) card has several different video ports, power it down and move the video cable to another port, power up and test again. If the problem continues I would swap out whatever cable video cable (HDMI/Displayport) you are using. As many people have extra and if not, it is one of the lowest cost items to rule out before moving on to more expensive items.
