This happens far too often with my kids. The answer to the question is right there, often repeated, and I'll even give the answer, but the repeated question gets in the way every time. It's like they don't actually want to know. Maybe they just want to hear themselves talk. I feel like I'm being pranked.

The subtitles are even on in the comic. The kid is just flat-out not paying attention.

Just tell the kid to keep watching it. He introduces himself several times throughout the movie.
