Well the first Batman movie was released in 1943 (The Batman), the first Superman movie was released in 1951 (Superman and the Mole Man)

Winning also depends on the competition. The first Raimi Spider-Man was nominated in two categories...
Best Fx: lost to The Battle of Helm's Deep (AKA The Two Towers). SM probably third in voting after Attack of the Clones.
Best Sound: lost to Chicago, probably also behind at least Two Towers and Gangs of New York.
Across other serious awards the only recognition was for Elfman's score but Elfman also did the score for Chicago so may have been vote split (neither nominated, did win a couple minor awards). Road to Perdition cleaned up in Cinematography awards and Lose Yourself did the same with Best Song. Art Direction, Makeup, and Costume Design was a tough year with Chicago, Gangs of New York, Two Towers, Frida, and more.

The first Batman Oscar was not for the first Batman movie, by several decades.
Same for Superman.
