I think it might help if you zoomed in on the robot's face to sell jokes, as well as make things look a bit more dynamic. the moment where he hits himself to turn off his own internal alarm doesn't come through very strongly. Imagine a scene zoomed in where he says "come on, snooze... snooze...' then we see him making a funny face as he "snoozes" by hitting himself.
If you're also going to lean into the bugs-bunny type of humor, you're gonna wanna learn stuff like how to draw running, hitting, and expressions in a super exaggerated, funny way.
Start by working on your "line of action". basically, draw a line where the body moves. If the line is stagnant or straight, your pose is boring. Aim for dramatic, curved, zig-zagged lines of action.
