Creating a Horror anthology universe: a breakfast cereal mascot who uses his cereal to control kids and make them kill for his entertainment. Thoughts? NSFW

I am creating a comic book horror anthology featuring various characters who are causing mayhem for humanity. As a Gen X kid who grew up obsessed with breakfast cereal, I created a mascot imp who gains sentience and likes the idea of using kids who love his sugary cereal to go on killing sprees. The more brutal the kill, the more cereal they receive. I am the writer and creator. The first image is my artwork. The second and third images are from artist friends of mine.

I would like to know what you think of the different styles and the overall concept. It's all part of an upcoming Kickstarter campaign: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/collectiblecardboard/mephistopheles-flakes

Good stuff! I like the idea of taking something from the everyday world and twist it.

I'm an 80s kid, and I remember how obsessed I was with my breakfast cereals. Same with my friends. So, some real-life inspiration lol

Thanks. That is a great compliment! I'm excited to get the campaign launched and show more of the artwork and madness of the story
