Update: My appeal only took 2 days, but it was declined with no explanation, no possible next steps and still no access to correspond with a real person. Unfortunately it looks like the only options for next are:

- A BBB complaint at bbb.org.
- A complaint to the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office, Attorney General offices forward complaints to companies, and the companies have to respond to the office, not a bot.
