Stats + Data Wet and Windy Tuesday League Table
Points per game comparison accounting for Tuesday vs non-Tuesday away games at Stoke.
Results from the start of Stoke's Premier League era until 15th Oct 2026, filtered across all competitions against the current Championship teams.
Turns out the current Championship iteration on average have earned slightly more points per game out of Stoke away on Tuesday evenings than compared to away fixtures on any other days.
However, It's close enough that if Stoke held out for a draw against Middlesbrough, the value flips negative.
Conclusion, maybe it's not all that wet and windy..?

Discussion How’s your clubs injury list?
I’m starting to go insane as a Pompey fan, I can’t tell if we genuinely have players made of glass, or is it the same for every club
We currently have 5 first team players out
- Murphy
- Arthur
- Shade
- Shaughnessy
- Ogilvie
And 7 squad players
- waddingham
- Umeh
- Blair
- Swift
- Anderson
- Kosznovszky
- Brooke Smith
Most are medium to long term injuries, we have several players who have spent (or will spend) more time injured that fit
I swear most of these injuries are in training

Discussion Worst half time acts?
Something which came up in discussion. Apparently Chico didn't fare well during a half time performance at my lot (Burnley). I remember being at Watford vs PNE (mate's a Watford fan) and Right Said Fred did a bit, must have been early 00s. We were next to the Preston fans and it was an experience.
Just wondered what other clubs have misjudged the zeitgeist

To the mods: yes, I know it's AI-generated content and as such might break rule 7. But c'mon, this is the only subreddit where it's important to share absolutely every mad thing clubs do, and this is definitely one of them.

Wrexham Failure open to job
Steven Gerrard open to Wrexham manager’s job if vacancy arises as Phil Parkinson under increasing pressure, according to TalkShite.
Still not convinced Parky is going anywhere soon, he gets the season at least for me, unless we're in the bottom 3.
This prick anywhere near us, fuck off
