Anyone who was in the Nokia ecosystem before they sold to Microsoft remembers they offered a large group of services. OVI email, games, Internet radio among others. They were the Big Dog. It’s all gone.

Saw a headline yesterday “Smartphone shipments hit Q3 14-year low” In 2006 it didn’t look like Nokia would be exiting the market five years later. What happens if Google or Apple ditch their smartphone businesses?
