We stayed at The Waves first time ever after visiting CB for years and years. The view from out room was great!

Last week, my husband and I spent the first night of our PNW vacation at Cannon Beach. We watched these lovely people play with their dog, working together to capture the perfect action photo.

I’m spending Halloweekend in Cannon Beach and am wondering what the vibe is usually like for adults celebrating Halloween. Do people dress up in costume? Are there any events happening?

Yesterday I saw several tourists get out of their cars and chase the elk on my street while filming on their phones. This is dangerous and irresponsible. Please respect the local animals while visiting and do not chase or taunt them.

We are going to be in Cannon Beach for one night - I see tons of recommendations for Surfsand and the Stephanie Inn, but geez those prices!!! Does anyone have any hidden gems, nice places with maybe not a $600 price tag?

Does anyone know what all the police activity was in downtown Cannon Beach yesterday? There were emergency response vehicles (at least one fire truck and ambulance) that seemed to be lingering with lights on by the tennis courts and then as we were headed back to Portland there were three or four more emergency vehicles headed that way - only a few miles from Cannon Beach - with lights and sirens on though that was about 45 mins later.

Saw this clearly domesticated rabbit hanging out near the public restroom at 1188 S Hemlock St this evening. I hope somebody is looking for their bunny or may be able to help rescue it.

I need a place to work in Cannon Beach for 1 day that is quiet, has wifi, and won't mind me taking video calls. I need it from 6am - 2pm which is making it tricky to get just a hotel room. Any suggestions?

Anyone have any recommendations for affordable photography and make-up and hair for my elopement? My partner and I will be in cannon beach during the end of November and we’d love to get all the help we can get! We are from Utah and don’t have instagram to search up any local businesses so it’s getting a bit difficult. I’ve also tried thumbtack with no luck :/
