Looks fantastic, but I'm more excited with the potential North American release!

Following up on a question I posted the other week, it does appear that the Filmmasters Phantasm 4K is a repackaging of the OOP Turbine 4K discs. I popped in the discs earlier and the Turbine info is what pops up

Added some pictures for posterity’s sake too, in case anyone in the future is curious.

They definitely canceled mine without so much as an email to notify me. Lame.

Don’t you love when a bunch of your preorders arrive same day. Haven’t had a mail day like this in awhile. Cant wait to watch everything. Especially The Blair Witch been excited to check out the special features. What did everyone else get in the mail today? Or anything you’re looking forward to in near future?

Just got in. Going to watch it tonight, but packaging is cool and the included book is a great read.

Included is a page where they discuss whether or not to use the cellar in the house. Imagine if they didn’t.

I have to say I’m a bit underwhelmed with this. Granted, I haven’t tried the glow in the dark, but out of the box it’s pretty muddy and uninteresting.

Umbrella really wants these out of their warehouse. I mean that’s just insane for the entire art attack for $54 or the boxset for $37. Yea shipping is alittle pricey but even with shipping it’s a steal. I paid $110 for mine well after it came out guess I should’ve waited but figured I’d post incase anyone was holding out now’s definitely the time.

Hey everyone ❤️

Hope you have a lovely day🤗 Sorry I just repost this since at this point I hope at least someone who works at a boutique label would see this and remember that this movie still exists, it’d be a shame if it would remain forgotten. Have you seen this film, love to know what you think, thank you 💕

$28 for the box set. I saw the 30% off coupon yesterday when it was $63 but got distracted and forgot to buy it. Being absent minded does pay off!😂

On Blu-Ray.com, Kino Lorber's release of White Zombie on Blu-Ray is listed as working on Region B players. Knowing that most KL Blu-Rays are not region-free, I was wondering if anyone could confirm.

The Chicago International Film Festival starts tonight. As part of the festival, there’s a physical media swap in New City AMC this weekend. Anyone planning on going? I think I’m going to bring some Criterions to potentially swap. There’s a limit of 10 discs we can bring.

I know this one is on many’s wishlist hope this means we’re getting it if OOP

Is it worth the extra money for the 4k version? I see both get. Good reviews but nothing really comparing the two.

Four of several recent pickups, three completely blind (Slasher, Aswang, My Only Friend's a Corpse). The Resurrected is an upgrade from my DVD and it's been so many years since I watched that, I can't remember anything so it kinda feels blind.

I haven't even seen a trailer of the 3 blind pickups. That's something rare for me that I miss these days. Many movies I've loved all my adult live I got blindly from the VHS rental days and some the same way in the early DVD days. I would go into the mom & pop shop next door to just find something unknown to me that seemed like it would be enjoyable and it was so exciting to do. I miss that excitement I got from it, which came with zero worry about wasted time or money.

This Halloween season I'm going back to my roots of how it used to be with the movies Aswang, Slasher: Flesh & Blood, and My Only Friend's a Corpse. I don't know anything about them, just seem like they would be enjoyable. Gave no concern about wasted money nor time ordering those.
