Amongst all the April Fool's fun that was flying around yesterday, there was one post that was NOT a gag!
That's right people, IT'S HAPPENING! After Bel Canto, our next mod pick will indeed be Morning Glory Milking Farm by C.M. Nascosta. No one can say r/bookclub doesn't have range.
Full schedule is below but don't worry you have plenty of time to get your hands on this one and decide whether you're going to publicly list it on your Goodreads or Storygraph. Can't wait to see who will be joining us for this wild ride 😉
Schedule:
May 18: Chapters 1-5
May 25: Chapters 6-12
June 1: Chapters 13-17
THIS SCHEDULE HAS NOW BEEN CHANGED TO:
May 25: Chapters 1-9
June 1: Chapters 10-17
Marginalia is here if it gets too hot to handle before our discussions and you need to let off some steam.

Only the audiobook shows up on Libby for me, and there's an eight-week (!) wait, so I will probably pass this time.

There must be a lot of Minotaur lovers in your area 😂

There are 6 weeks until we read. Plenty of time for the book to show up

u/Lachesis_Decima77 Tea Connoisseur ⭐️🧠🥉 Apr 03 '26
The wait has now increased to twelve weeks. I'm convinced it's r/bookclub members now. Or maybe there's a local book club that's into mythological erotica.

Or people read it and want to immediately re-read it lol.

I...I think I'm in! I can get a digital copy on hoopla, so there's really no reason not to. I can continue the milk adventures that I started in Lasher. IYKYK! 🥛

I just checked hoopla, and my library does have it, but only on audio... Like u/fromdusktil, Idk if I can handle it on audio! Also I guess Lasher was Phase I and now Morning Glory is Phase II of the Milk Cinematic Universe?

I do not know but now I want to read Lasher haha

HAHAHA oh my god now I'll keep thinking of this book as an AU where Lasher is the main character and he gets to fulfill his dreams 😱

Ooh really? I used the audiobook version to make the schedule and the last chapter is 17.

Ok good news. I clicked on the link to chapter 18 and it just takes me to a section of the book which is an excerpt from another book by the author. All good!

Heh no shame here on what people see me reading on Goodreads. Just bought my copy today because I love the throwback to the old school clinch covers.
I'm also really glad this wasn't an April Fool's joke lol.

Okay I guess this Minotaur milking seash is live everyone everywhere! I’m already handling dirty chat with Katee Robert’s Olympus crew but a Minotaur is definitely a themed sexy relative.
