I booted up BO3 today and noticed stutters, whenever I slid or moved to different areas of the map, on any map my game stuttered very bad. I use the T7 patch, but it does not really make a difference, also I tried Clean Ops, and it made it worse to the point where it was unplayable. Along with that I downgraded my executable but still nothing worked, and my in-game settings are all optimized but the game is basically unplayable. A couple days ago my game was running fine, I have tried just about everything to fix it, but nothing seems to work. Any tips to fix it?

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble launching Call of Duty: Black Ops III on Steam.

Context:

This issue started happening right after I installed my new NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti. Previously, when playing with the integrated graphics on my Ryzen 5 5600G, the game launched and ran fine.

The issue:

When I click Play, Steam changes the button to "Stop"(as if it's running), and immediately a pop-up appears saying:

"The game did not close properly last time it was run. Do you want to run in Safe Mode?"

I've tried clicking both "Yes" and "No", but in both cases the game fails to launch, closes itself, and Steam goes back to showing the "Play" button.

What I've tried so far:

• Trying both Safe Mode options (Yes and No).
• Setting the dedicated GPU (RTX 3070 Ti) as primary/priority in BIOS.

Has anyone experienced something similar after changing GPUs or knows how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Before bo2 came out i wasnt that experienced with emblems tho i did make them just not as good.

Now that ive gotten good at just 32 layer emblems i wanted to see what i could do on bo3s emblem editor with 64 layers and this is my first one

Just did the SoE EE with randoms for the 1st time and they immediately left the game leading to a connection problem kicking me from the game too. No dark ops or summoning key was unlocked. Is this a known issue with a solution perhaps?

Hello all, I wanted to ask if the t7 Patch works in Multiplayer on Custom games? I want to play multiplayer maps with bots in Custom Games mode. Will it be sufficient if I set the party privacy to private and run the latest scroptss t7 patch? Thank you.

Never done an Easter egg before in any zombies map (mainly been an MP person). This was kinda tedious, but satisfying in the end.

Hello everyone, apologies if this post isn't very concise but I'm not used to posting on Reddit, I was having some problems on getting the game to boot on Steam Deck and thought that I should post my fix here so people can have an easier time.

The game was instantly crashing as soon as I tried to load it. If you’re on the beta or preview branches, the recent updates completely break the game.

Go to settings > system and switch the update channel back to stable. Let the Deck restart and do its thing. I ended up deleting the config files and any caches related to game files and re-downloading again after switching to stable just to be safe, and it booted fine.

Hope this saves someone some time because god knows it took me ages and I basically got a coding course trying to do it.

Also, the newest t7 patch seems to be causing problems on Steam Deck too, if you're installing a new patch, v3.05 definitely works on SD

Title pretty much me and him both get the error like lobby is not joinable or whatever. Nat type is moderate party privacy is open I also get the same issue with bo2 when playing with him.

This game can be frustrating, especially with the cheaters nowadays, so let's take the time to vent a bit.... We're not here to judge, let off some steam!

So i have just bought BO3 on steam to play some custom maps, i downloaded a couple then went to go play one after clicking start game it counts down liker normal but after that i just put me on a black screen and i can't do anything, i can't even close the game, i have to bring up task manager and end it that way, is there any solution for this. Thanks in advance.

Alright so I'm new to pc and loved playing zombies from when i was a kid. I've grown to really love infinite warfare but prefer bo2 and bo3 mechanics. I just downloaded Water Park Zombies from BO3 Workshop and I am in love with the character selection, the hud, and also the calling cards.

So is there any other inspired Infinite Warfare Zombie maps I should check out?

And yes I missed out on the sale to purchase Infinite Warfare on Steam but again prefer BO3 mechanics,

Does anyone know how to port a waw map custom map to bo3? If that's possible. Or if someone with the skills wanted a project I think this map would be a pretty cool remaster with your own spin on it.
