Follow up:

Managed to ditch the Hero Factory arm extensions and give him the same style of hands as the Mata Nui 8998 (parts aren’t a perfect 1:1, but they’re the closest I could get). For the sword I shamelessly lifted the official 8998 design—just in silver 😅.

A few more armor tweaks here and there and… I think I’m done. Really happy with how this turned out. Set out to recreate my favorite childhood set, but in pure gold instead of three different yellows + a gold mask (and doesn't cost $600+ used!).

When the universe was dying, fate demanded a sacrifice. One life for that of all - a selfless act that brought forth a new hero, a Toa of Life.

Another entry of the "Road To 810NICLEDay" Encore lineup. This one is probably to most difficult group of Toa to draw in a week. But I am happy to say that I managed to pull it off!

Turns out I did everything right and the arm just hangs and can't bend forward. I think I'm gonna fix it someday. Already have some ideas. Still think this set is peak.

Just something I made for fun, that's all

Stereo is an enthusiastic Slizer, loud, and tends to throw herself into situations before thinking. A resident of the City region, Stereo's monsters are often made of pure, discordant noise, something that Turbo has issues facing himself. Her goal is to find dispersion pockets to fuel her distortion filters, which siphon the Noise monsters' power from them.

Discs
Level 2 - A carving of a soundwave in front of a stage.
Level 3 - Throwing a disc while playing her guitar.
Level 4 - Travelling through an urban landscape, mid-spin.
Level 5 - Using her guitar to paralyze several Noise monsters surrounding her.
Level 6 - Turning to meet a monster entirely composed of noise that had appeared behind her.
Level 7 - Playing her guitar while in a pocket of hazy visual noise.

Threw together some mocs with a spare good guy and bad guy from 06, wanted to evoke the feeling of the originals.

So far Ive gotten afew different kinds of races made.

Toa: Diverse via main elements and light like the Tieflings work, each gets a unique ability, as well as the choice between two cantrips and two 1st level spells.

Vahki: Special unarmed ranged attack.

Bohrok: Small size, ball form adding buffs and debuffs, krata masks augment your basic atribute scores, can change which ability it is during a rest.

Rakshi: Diverse via 7 of the Rakshi powers [Power Scream, Fear, Poison, Adaptation, Chameleon, Accuracy, Slowness]

Skakdi/Pirakha: Strong bruiser type build with choice of vision powers between Thermal, Telescopic, Impact, Laser, Snare, Misfortune

Glatorian: Unique properties based on which tribe they are

Skrall: In Progress

Vorok: In Progress

I am unsure what else I could add as a playable race/species. Makuta would be a choice but I feel like it shouldnt be a player facing species...Matoran, Rahaga, Agori and Turaga arent really adventuring types so I didnt include them as playable races. I dont know if I want to add the different toa types like the Hordika into the mix, though the Hordika would at least be the most "maybe" choice I can make. If anyone has ideas Id love to hear em! I'll post the info more in depth later on once its all done!
