A little bit of context: I am 23 years old and have been cycling for about 4 years now (fixed gear, gravel, & road) but I have never done any courier work, and am in sales/customer service. I am not from NYC but I visit every now and then to see family so I'm not totally lost when I'm in the city. Capsule is hiring couriers right now and am hoping to apply. What does a good resume look like for this type of work for someone who has no experience? ANY tips would be greatly appreciated.
