Question error 3221225477
Game wont boot. followed the troubleshooting guide to no avail. Can't find any discussion about this error and not even redownloading fixes the issue.

Can you link their troubleshooting guide? I’m not sure what’s in it, but I can make some recommendations based on what’s not in it?

Is this a pop up the game throws or a pop up window from your gpu or windows itself?

It is Microsoft Defender that blocks you. I fixed it temporarily by disabling app protection, but it would probably be better to create an exception for the BAR launcher (if that is possible, not sure)

not in my case. Ive checked the discord for this issue and there's only one instance of this issue reported in the bug forums. They did a in depth analysis, debugging the code, but Its above my understanding. what i got though is that the issue is with cache persisting after the games closed causing an overlap error when rebooted for one reason or the other. they mention its specifically ai caches are the point of issue

If you want to save your replays do that first. Uninstall the game. Go into your APPData folder under your username. Its a hidden folder so change your view to show hidden. Wipe out both beyond all reason folders in the Local and Roaming subfolders. Then open your %TEMP% and delete what you can in there. Reinstall, if you want to be safe and 2026 to the end of the directory install. Reopen and try.

Sounds like a promising method as wiping the engine folder and redownloading it in the launcher has been my go to. A deeper clean sounds like a reasonable fix

I would run a memtest, reinstall gpu drivers with DDU cleaning. if that fails install it on a different drive.
