On Friday, October 9, a court found social media influencer Adva Lavie, 29, also known as Mia Ventura, competent to stand trial. Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Maria Cavalluzzi said psychiatrist Dr. Phani Tumu found Lavie, also an OnlyFans model, “presently competent,” and that criminal proceedings will continue at the Van Nuys courthouse after months of delays.
