Hey, I'm just getting into the bear community. I'm a man of trans experience and was always anxious about gay spaces. There was also a huge gap in what family thought was acceptable for my body vs what I want to look like and what I'm attracted to. I plan on going to the Midwest Bearfest as my first event other than pride. I can't wait to explore more about this side of me now that I'm becoming more comfortable and confident.
