The screws win again!

Kudos for Witch Doctor for not only beating Minotaur without controversy, but also do it in a dominating fashion. What a great showing from WD, even as a Minotaur fan I must applaud them.

And while both of my goats fell in the semi finals, at least we still have Minotaur vs Manta as the 3rd place fight. I hope Minotaur can get that bronze trophy being the 3rd place.

Tantrum is my second favorite Battlebots champion (Behind Tombstone) so I'm feeling some de ja vu here... Twins got this 🤚✋

I think it's a real toss-up. Witch Doctor has the destructive power and skillful driving to beat them, but if the Twins can control the fight Witch Doctor could be in serious trouble. Right now, I lean towards WD because WD doesn't hit quite as hard as Golden Fury, but it's much better driven and the Twins were already sweating in that fight.

... the season finale? They're gonna do the match for third place and then the championship match. Which obviously will be the end of the tournament. So is next week the final episode? I thought there was supposed to be 3 more?

Not really surprising though, the window to flip it is very narrow but if you got it right, it's very vulnerable.

The following arenas are from Battlebots, Robot Wars, Robogames, Bitva Robotov, and NHRL. In terms of design, and how well suited they are for providing a fair and competitive environment for combat robots how would you guys rank them?

My rankings are: #1 NHRL, #2 Robot Wars, #3 Battlebots, #4 Bitva Robotov, #5 Robogames

It's very difficult to tell, but The Twins have done very well against drums and eggbeaters recently, so I would put my money on them.

Been meaning to do this for a while. Every fight Witch Doctor has had from WC1 to Face Offs. I also bought an extra autographed card (which ended up being the Jackpot fight bottom center) which gave me an extra card to show the back off with.

6 wins and 2 losses, despite being a very old machine, and all losses were only against very formidable opponents.

Over the years, we've had some amazing and/or hilarious calls come from Chris & Kenny as well as some others from events like Robot Wars and NHRL. I'd like to know what some of your favorites are!

last week i was late so i ould only watch madcatter vs witch doctor, so i wanna know what time it happens today?

With all the advancements in technological and with how volatile the sport has become, obviously any modern day robot would’ve dominated in earlier seasons. But how would just 1 singular twins do? They’ve got all the modern advancements, but they’re still only 125 lbs. Put them in the first three seasons, and assume that they’re able to do a full repair for each fight. How does he do?

After years of Hexbugs and other toys, I finally took a step up to kit bots from Palm Beach Bots (plastic Antweights) and Fingertech (Viper). I want to start printing my replacement parts for these bots. Eventually, I want to get to the point where I'm building my own custom designs.

I'm not an engineer, so everything will be learned for the first time. From hardware selection to the actual design and drafting process. Any recommendations on resources? I don't see myself going beyond Antweights for at least a few years.
