I guess my question is, is this something that is desirable? I believe it’s an insert but I’m not sure. Never collected older cards or basketball cards but Kobe’s my favorite.

What's your opinion? I have some old Michael Jordan cards. Do you think I should get them graded?

i used to think of these as rookie cards. but i've come to the opinion that draft night cards from topps now and panini instant are sort of their own category-- definitely not collegiate cards of course, but they are each player's first NBA-licensed card with the "RC" logo included. it's only my opinion, but for me a "true rookie" card must feature the player in the nba unifrom. what does the community think?

Seems you need a PSA 8 to make it back to even vs grading costs. Are these better left raw, or do you see any that may grade well enough to justify a submission?

Usually just collect ultra modern football. But have limited knowledge of Jordan cards. Bought out a collection and these seem to be the best ones in there based on cardladder research

Is it real? I've checked for all the documented tells. I'm not too sure but also price may be too good to be true. Also the F and T in the word draft might give it away. And the middle of the P looks like it should be much wider. I will ask for better resolution images but I want to make sure before I walk away from this card.

Ripped this card in May out of a mega box and sold it in July through Fanatics Collect premier auction. After ripping it, I wasn’t sure where I was going to take it to sell it. I was doing research on Goldin Fanatics alt every company I could find. U/yourconsignmentpart (Jason) reached out to me through Reddit and to be honest, I was a little wary at first. I had no experience in this area and being contacted through Reddit to help sell the card just made me a little skeptical. He told me a little bit about his business and what he can offer and there was never any pressure to work with him, It was purely informational. I gave Jason a call and he talked to me through what his thoughts were on the card what it could potentially sell for and how he could assist me through the process. The card was at Fanatics fest in July on display, I decided to go, and Jason was able to coordinate it so I could hold the card, get pictures with it a as I had it sent to the Fanatics vault so never had the card in hand until then. Wanted it to be in the mail system as little as possible. Jason was able to give me 112.5% of the hammer price as my payout for the card. The card ended up going for far more than I anticipated and changed my life. Fanatics certainly have their own issues/faults so this isn’t written for them as much as it is for u/yourconsignmentpart. He gets a lot of flack on here for being associated with fanatics. I’m just here to say if you have a card and you’re looking to sell it, reach out to him, he’ll answer any questions you have and if you decide to work with him he’s there, if not he’s still there to answer questions. I took a week or so after talking to him to decide how I was going to sell it and there were never follow up texts or calls, trying to pitch me more on going with him or Fanatics. There is no pitch, he can guide you through a process and get you a good payout. If I’m lucky enough to pull anything this ridiculous again I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him. Have already sent a friend his way and I know they’re in good hands. You can yell at me in the comments if you’d like, I understand lol. But if you have any questions about my experience with them or Jason I’m happy to answer them.

Collectors only really want licensed? Is anybody a fan off the unlicensed + usually sticker auto's.

Getting these graded. I don’t care about the grade, I just want to have them slabbed and I’m going to put them on my wall hopefully in the bedroom so I can look at them like those glow in the dark stars you put on ur bedroom ceiling as a kid 😂
How much value would be added if sold as a trifecta set tho? Just curious. Money talks and want to have a gameplan prepared as backup option pending final grade
