Nationals: .279/.388/.512, .900 OPS (139 OPS+), 922 H, 184 HR, 75 SB (70.8 SB%), 3957 PA, 6 DRS, 27.3 oWAR, -2.7 dWAR, 27.7 WAR
Phillies: .280/.385/.525, .909 OPS (145 OPS+), 942 H, 194 HR, 82 SB (78.1 SB%), 3993 PA, 5 DRS, 27.6 oWAR, -4.7 dWAR, 27.7 WAR
Yes, literally the same WAR. His fWAR is 28.6 WSH, 28.2 PHI.
He's somehow improved as a hitter in Philly, racking up more doubles and HR in exchange for a slightly worse (but still terrific) BB/K ratio.
He's had to change positions from RF to 1B due to injury, negatively impacting his dWAR. Unfortunately his defense at 1B seems to be declining, so his final fielding numbers may not look great.
It's all moot though. At age 33, Harper sits at 1864 hits, 378 HR, and 55.4 bWAR. One of the most hyped prospects in history is gliding to Cooperstown. He may not have been as transcendent as the 2015 MVP season suggested (as an aside, how many HOF hitters peaked at age 22?), but his consistent excellence has kept him near the top of the game.
