My pup does too and when you look at him he sticks out a tiny bit of his tongue for added cuteness. That’s his sign for uppies. Lol one paw and an aggressive bark is outside. One paw no bark and still standing means he needs food or water. Pawing sitting and cute face means uppies.

She is asking to come up and sit with you and be cuddled, for a snack you are not sharing, to go outside or go for a walk. Our dog use to do that. We had to read him to know. I love dogs!! 🥰
