Engagement photographer recommendations?

Hi! I’m planning to propose to my girlfriend during a PNW road trip this November, and I’m looking for a photographer who might be a good fit.

We’ll be flying into Portland, driving up toward Seattle and Olympic National Park, then making our way back to Portland. I’m hoping to propose sometime Nov 21–24, but I’m pretty flexible on the exact day and location. I’m actually hoping the photographer can help with that part too. Since I’m not local, I’d love to find someone who really knows Oregon/Washington and can recommend a spot that makes sense for late November weather, crowds, road access, tides, lighting, etc.

I’m drawn to a pretty specific photo style: dark, moody, cinematic PNW. Think fog, mist, deep green forests, gloomy coastlines, lakes, mountains, rain, film-like photos, and candid moments.

Places I’ve been considering are the Oregon Coast, Columbia River Gorge, Olympic Peninsula, Lake Crescent, Hoh Rain Forest, or somewhere else along our route that a local photographer thinks would be better.

My budget is ideally under $500 total, including travel if possible.

It would be great to find someone who has done surprise proposals before and can help me figure out where to stand, stay hidden until it happens, coordinate with me beforehand, capture the actual proposal, and then do some relaxed/candid photos afterward.
