In recognition of the Sapphire Mines of Sakaraha, Madagascar. (Part proceeds donated to relief aid for mine workers)

The Sapphire Mines of Sakaraha are known for 40% of the world's lucrative supply. Think about that. Sapphires beautiful to the eye you say? But are they? As seen through the eye of the serpent it transforms lives - but who's? The one's that afford these trophies maybe, but certainly not for those mining these luminous beasts. This sculpture is a tribute, an onomatopoeia of their stories... 'The Trade' perched on its stone foundations one moveable as the relentless sands of the mines; the other unshakably overshadowing the trenches of the lives it engages or replaces. The serpent requires only one eye to oversee this methodical engine.

Gems so beautiful, magical, mystical with origins so venomous.

I would hope that the viewer can comprehend that behind every semblance of purity and beauty... something bleeds.

Hiya! I'm Kadence, and I'm a fairly new digital artist looking to expand my portfolio. I've dabbled in digital art for a few years, but only recently decided to really get into it. My pricing is flexible, but I've tried to find a fair starting point for both me and my customers based on the complexity of the art. I've added some extra examples I don't have up on my site yet after the pricing images :3 You can find more info on my site https://kadencepeak.carrd.co

Hello, you may be interested in commissioning me. I am currently accepting commissions, and these are examples of my recently completed commissioned artwork.

A recent dakimakura illustration I worked on. I love creating cute anime-style characters outfits and expressive poses ^^

Hi everyone!! 🤎

I make handmade decor in Mexico, and this maple leaf jewelry tray

is one of my creations!!

Each piece is carefully crafted using water-based acrylic resin. I mix and pour the material into a mold, then demold, sand, and finish each tray by hand.

The tray features a beautiful maple leaf shape with detailed veins and sculptural edges inspired by nature. It's perfect for organizing rings, earrings, necklases, and other small accessories or simply adding a cozy, decorative touch to your home.

Product details:

• Material: Water-based acrylic resin
• Size: Approximately 15.2 x 13.5 cm (5.98 x 5.31 in)
• Finishes: Natural, solid color, marble effects, and natural with gold flakes
• Handmade in Mexico
• Made to order
• Processing time: 5-7 business days
• Price: $16.80 USD

Since every tray is individually handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, and texture make each piece unique.

Thank you for taking a look at my handmade work!!🤎
