I am looking for talented artists to create a full-color, full-body illustration of my rogue American superhero character, Blightflare. I have included a black-and-white portrait I drew of him for reference. Once I have selected an artist, I will share the full-body images for you to use. You can also add, change, and refine some details of his design.

The budget is between 60 and 400 USD.
Blightflare – Character Bio
Blightflare is a 27-year-old American fallen superhero from Detroit, Michigan. His real name remains undecided, and Blightflare was already his alias before he went rogue.
Once an idealistic superhero who valued teamwork, accountability, and the protection of civilians, he gradually became disillusioned after repeatedly witnessing dangerous villains escape and return to harm innocent people. His breaking point came when he unilaterally killed a recurring enemy during a confrontation in which civilians also died. His teammates expelled him, but he interpreted their decision as a sign of weakness and hypocrisy rather than as an acceptance of responsibility.
Now an independent vigilante, he is bitter, sarcastic, confrontational, arrogant, and short-tempered. He still opposes dangerous criminals and sometimes risks himself to save people, but his willingness to use lethal force and tolerate collateral harm makes him dangerous to those he claims to protect.
His abilities include:
- Finger-generated lasers, with stronger attacks formed by combining multiple beams.
- Precision targeting, most effective when calm and focused.
- A detachable metallic energy-fin mohawk-like headpiece, usable as a melee weapon or a single guided projectile.
- Limited, noninstantaneous fin recall, dependent on range and concentration.
- Slightly superhuman strength, stamina, agility, and durability.
- Experienced combat adaptability, frequently undermined by anger.
He fights aggressively, combining ranged pressure, unexpected fin trajectories, and close-quarters attacks. His biggest weaknesses are emotional instability, overconfidence, poor teamwork, limited stamina, and a refusal to acknowledge mistakes.
