Look what I made! This is actually really fun!

Soooo 6 hours after my first post and here I am learning about circuits, playing around with my arduino and breadboard, and I made a simple D-pad to control the LED!

I am so glad to be welcomed by both r/soldering and r/arduino subreddits all of you guys are so wholesome.

I’m really enjoying this thinkering a loooot!

Awesome, now time to move on to sensors I guess. Did you get a kit? You could use a ultrasonic distance sensor to control the brightness of an led or give it a certain distance to turn on and a distance to turn off or just moving away to turn off. The possibilities are literally endless!

Oh definitely moving to that but I have to learn about resistors and capacitors too, dude this is so fun its like building legos!
