The republicans can blame Trump all they want for their upcoming loss at midterms, but they need to look at themselves as well. It’s the Republican-controlled House and Senate which let Trump run amok.

Absolutely. Nobody to blame but themselves. Their capitulation makes Trump possible. Just a bunch of feckless followers.

The way they’ve let Trump try and white wash his misdeeds, while allowing him to fuck everything up is the biggest betrayal to the country since the civil war. They need to be cast out and banned from public life for good. Fucking traitors.

There's a part of me that refuses to not believe this is some kind of sleeper culture war born of the damage done by everything from the civil war through desegregation. There's an honest to god belief in parts of this country that they'd rather burn it all down than see equality realized -- and that part really caught fire when obama was elected.

I just pray that it burns itself out after this.

I do wonder if/when there will be a break from Trump. I sense that if tRump fuked up one too many times or continues to go full retard some will bail the obviously sinking ship.

Guess what they won’t, I said the same thing after W threw us into a depression in 2007 it didn’t happen. They just doubled down on their proclivities

Every elected republican needs to be branded a magat for the rest of their careers. They should never escape the immeasurable damage they participated in.
