What from American history makes anyone think this is even remotely a possibility? We’ve waged dozens of wars of aggression on false pretenses over the past century and literally no one goes to jail for it

Nothing, really. I am fully aware of the various war crimes and atrocities that America has committed since our inception and I definitely am not cheering it on lol.
