I think Milwaukee has this. They're overdue for the pendulum to swing their way, and that pitching staff will carve up a compromised Dodgers lineup with Ohtani playing hurt.

Jo! He’s playing for Cleveland now. We have to support him, especially since he’s not on a rival team. Plus, it’s still baseball…I think we can all say we love baseball, even if it’s not our Angels playing.

It has to do with the Angels not being in the shadow of a three-peat champ. It’s good that Kroenke is buying the team soon, but it feels not so good when those Dodgers go all the way to the World Series to win it all while we’re watching on the sidelines. Plus, Jo Adell is on Cleveland and maybe they can get to the ALCS. So, does that answer your question? It’s already hard enough seeing the Dodgers win back-to-back World Series with Ohtani, but three in a row? That means a lockout is coming and next season’s schedule could be massively altered. So, anything that occurs in the MLB postseason has everything to do with the Halos because we are trying to get back into the playoffs sooner rather than later.

I get you, but low-effort shitposts are commonplace on the Angels sub during the post-season and offseason, regardless of its relevancy to Angels baseball. You might be fighting an uphill battle against posts like this all offseason 🤷♂️

Update, it’s now Guardians, Rays and Brewers. White Sox were just eliminated. Hope Milwaukee takes them down.

I love the one you chose for Guardians/White Sox. Legit lol’d cuz I feel the same way. Just hoping Jo Adell is enjoying the playoff experience but have zero hopes for either of those teams against the Dodgers.
