Can't create a character?

I am trying to play Aion Classic, but it looks like there is only a single server. You can't even create a character on it. Is there a workaround for this, or is it literally just try another day?

If you're playing the Live Server there is only one server

Classic only gave me one server. I created a character on it a few days ago
