Question Any way to use Wise, PayPal, or Payoneer from Afghanistan

Hello everyone! I know these services don't officially support Afghanistan, but is there any legitimate way to get around this barrier and use them while living here? Has anyone managed to do it? I'd appreciate any advice.

Thank you.

I use MoneyGram to send from EU to Afghanistan. I am very pleased with no problems.
