Hello. I relate, going through something similar. Burn out that lasts longer and longer as I get older.

Started burning out in my mid-late 20s, white knuckled it until 40 when I pretty much stopped functioning. Got into therapy, on stimulant meds, okay some days, but after a year I’m struggling again.

Consider therapy. It’s good and gets things moving in your brain to verbalise how you feel and think, even if the psych doesn’t give you much actionable help.

I just turned 39. I'm definitely in a "stop functioning" phase. I don't know if I'll ever get out of it if I'm being honest. I hope you find something to pick you up before you burnout again.

I'm starting therapy soon so we'll see how that goes.
