Me too. .....but after 24 years in the same scientific field, even the challenging things are starting to feel boring and those periods of hyperfocus are getting fewer and shorter 😖😖😖
Fortunately (maybe), I seem to specialize in problem solving and I am mostly specifically brought in when there is a problem, so most of the time, the urgency and chaos and the intense need for approval is already baked in to the situation.
