Looking for other Instagram/TikTokers to make comedy reels

Hi all! I'm a comedy actor, writer and filmmaker with a growing following, and I'd love to work with similar based in London on some reels/TikToks.

As much as I hate 'influencer culture', comedy reels have become a great way to grow your following and some of mine have hundreds of thousands of views. I have 5600 Instagram followers and am verified, and would love to find someone funny where we can help get our faces out there and make some sketches together.

What do you think of Mark Ruffalo?

Edit: I hate politics and even though my feelings about Mark remain unchanged, looks like I may have overlooked how political some of the users here are. I was going to pull this to avoid the aggravation but I’m gonna let it ride and let everyone get it out their systems! 😂
He’s one of my favorite actors working currently. He surprises me consistently with how he occupies a given role naturally well, yet he always remains himself somehow. Enjoyed him recently in the HBO series Task, what do you think of Mark Ruffalo?

Millie Bobby Brown is a bad actress in my opinion

I've watched A LOT of movies over my years on this planet and there are very few actors and actresses i don't like. But Millie Bobby Brown is near the top of that list. All her roles are static, most of her roles are just screaming and screaming and screaming... And then there are the roles where she literally doesn't contribute to the plot of the movie but is made out to be. Today i watched damsel and i could only BARELY finish it. Half the movie is just screaming and several parts where she is screaming for several minutes at a time. I genuinely love most of the worlds of the movies that she plays a part in but its becoming increasingly harder to watch the movies she is part of. Does anyone else have this opinion or is it just me?

Imo gave the single greatest TV performance ever. Great guy as well. His non-Sopranos work is so underrated too imo.

Which actor gave the most unforgettable performance you've ever seen?

Some actors deliver performances that stay with you long after the movie ends. Not necessarily because they won awards, but because their acting made the character feel real.

Which actor gave you a performance you'll never forget, and what made it so special?

Where to look to get a role as a minor?

Hello!

I'm a 17 years old transgender boy who always had a dream to be an actor. I've been trying to look put for auditions around my living area but I can't fine none :(( also tried some agencies but they never respond.

I'm a little scared to get a girl role because, as I previously said, I am transgender (not on T yet) and it would make me incredibly dysphoric to get a female character.

Has anyone have any advice for me?

Just reflecting back on the show Wings and discovered Farrah Forke who passed in 2022 at just 54 had just 1 credit before landing her role on Wings as Alex Lambert. She seemed like an industry veteran, so confident going toe to toe with the rest of the cast.

Anyone else seeing this new IMDb Pro feature?

Not sure if you guys have IMDb Pro but I just started seeing these new buttons on my app. Just updated yesterday. Anyone else seeing this or maybe it’s a partial rollout? Seems a bit odd they’re adding networking features but no direct messaging… and I can’t connect with some people I know, maybe some privacy settings are in place

River pheonix the guy j never met 🌷(career)

This is about river pheonix.

Last year i watched the movie 'My Private Idaho' and i really liked it, it genuinely touched my heart , the natural acting of river made me feel things the way he portrays it .

Other actor were great aswell including Keanu etc but river still made a very considerable effect on me for some reason.

(I am not from USA,) i knew he is such a great actor just from one movie and even so i have never heard of him before so i searched him and found he passed away so soon. This broke my heart completely, iam very emotional person and it affected me for way longer even tho i never met him or saw any of his movie before. Just from one movie he made a considerable impression on me.

Along the time the whole thing passed my mind as usual they do.

And today i watched 'STAND BY ME' movie brilliant movie. i am not very good at recognising people, so I didn't knew it was river pheonix throughout the movie I felt his acting as, chris chambers was really good , it felt genuine the way he cared about gordie .

And in the end spoiler he dies in future It completely sunk my heart . I searched to know the name of actors and alas it was river all of a sudden i started crying out in middle of bus everyone was looking at me weird but I couldn't stop crying .

That's all I wanted to say , even after he 32 years he still making his mark on people such an brilliant actor .

RIP buddy you will forever be in my mind .
