The Wool Eze is Lion Brand Yarn
Hi everybody!
I’m pretty new to Premier Yarn and have been eyeing it for a project but only the last few weeks. I saw they have 25% off right now, but is that common? Don’t need the materials right this second, so should I wait till Black Friday / Cyber Monday? I have no idea the frequency or scale of their sales lol
Pic is of the 2 main product lines I want in my cart.
Thanks everybody!

Hi! I just got into crochet and recently started my very first large project, a Christmas blanket.
I decided to use the Big Twist Plush brand (#6), because I really liked working with them on a different project earlier. I used white, chili pepper, and ivy. My only problem is I didn't calculate for how wide I wanted the blanket, and completely underestimated how much yarn I would need! My local Michael's hasn't got any of the three colours in weeks. I've checked daily online and have popped in a few times to double check as I work close by, but it's my only yarn store unless I want to drive 5 hours (I live in a very rural area).
It wouldn't really be an issue, but it's a bit of a time sensitive project as I want to gift it for my friend's upcoming birthday, so I'm worried if I buy it online it might not come in time.
I took a snip of the colours and tried Lion Brand Cover Story red and green, but the colours, especially the green was way off, though I did end up settling with their white.
Has anyone had this issue? Is there another brand that has the same texture/colours I could try to find for the red and green? Or maybe another option? I'm 10 hours deep and don't want to frog it all for lack of yarn😭
Thank you in advance!

I’m trying to use fur yarn. I have been seeing such cute makes with it and I want to try it out. However, I noticed that this comes in three strands spiraled into one strand. Do I separate the strands and use me at a time or do I use all three as one?

I purchased from yarn.com. I got a delivery date. Came and passed with no update. I checked the delivery status and it was through Amazon which has opened its own leg for shipping. The status says label created. I work with a company that uses Amazon shipping so I know how the statuses work. Label created with no other movement means that Amazon has not scanned in the package! This means that Amazon lost it or yarn.com never shipped it, which seems more likely.
I spent 4 days teaching out to customer service. No response on phones, live chat, or email; just a generic message saying they were busy.
I finally got through after threatening a charge back. They asked for shipping address, they swore it was shipped, they offered a replacement, I finally demanded a refund.
What a nightmare.
I've seen similar posts so I know that this is not uncommon since they changed owners. Buyer beware. This company cannot be trusted. Live chat seems to be the best option for getting through to cs. Also, the same person responded to every inquiry which makes me wonder if they only have 1 CS agent?!

I need chenille yarn for a cat plushie and the colors are perfect but Bernat Blanket Big is WAAAAY to chunky for what I'm doing. Unfortunately Bernat doesn't sell this color in a smaller weight to my knowledge. Does anyone know where to find yarn like this in a size 4-6?

I found this sweater while I was shopping and I really regret not buying it. I would love to knit something in similar colors but I can’t find any yarn that has brown, cream, pink, and purple. I would preferably like something medium weight because I plan to follow the pattern for the step by step sweater, if anyone can help I thank you in advance!

If so, what were your experiences? Their Ravelry page seems legit, but I can’t find much else about them!
I bought a ball of discontinued Noro Tsubame secondhand and want to buy 1-2 more for a full garment, and they’re the only retailer that still has stock! Just want to make sure they have decent business practices and I’m not throwing Noro money to the wind :’)

I was at a art fest this weekend, looking for yarn. Only one booth has some and so I bought it. Now as a new knitter I’m not sure what to do with it. I’m just not to sure about the twist, I haven’t seen yarn like it. Any suggestions?
