Issues with Trade Agreement

I started the trade agreement quest in X:D and for some reason I can't make start the trading process. Looking at my inventory, I never got the Bronze Blatta Card from Warawa. I keep talking to Warawa and she just says get to trading. I can't drop the quest to try to renew it or anything. Has anyone else had this issue or how can I fix it to get the first card?

It's a key item. Did you try talking to the person you need to trade it to?
