Image Introducing the X3 to my mini EDC family
I got the X3 a couple months ago and have used it a lot. I've read from start to finish Stoner by John Williams, excellent book, a good book if you want to get back into reading. Since then I've also been jumping between books.
I'm currently reading "American Hagwon" by Min Jin Lee, came out a little over 2 weeks ago! I only started reading it yesterday and the story immediately sucked me.
I'm in love with the X3, I've gotten a few people asking me what it was, or they've recognized it from an ad somewhere and asked me questions about it. I've convinced 3 of my friends to get either the X3 or X4 and they love it so far!!
For those interested, my other devices are:
- RICOH GRIII: A really compact camera with an APS-C sensor, takes high resolution photos, great for hiking and street photography. I'm using a carabiner as a handle that's surprisingly comfortable and cheap. I love it because it comfortably fits in my pocket, easy to pull out and take a photo, and easy to transfer to my phone using their app.
- FunKey S: VERY tiny handheld console that runs games up to PS1 and some N64 games like Super Mario 64. I actually beat SM64 and Silent Hill for the first time on this little thing, and a number of Pokémon Rom Hacks too. I don't play it too often these days but when I do I'm either playing Pokémon Lazarus (an Emerald Rom Hack) or Tetris GB.
- iPhone 12 mini: bought this refurbished back in 2022 and still using it to this day. No point in upgrading it since there are no good new phones these days. They're all way too big and upgrading to a 13 mini seems to be only a small upgrade.
- AirPods Pro 2: It's nice :)
