I have a game against Custodes on Friday, and I just realized that my Khorne Berzerkers will almost always be wounding them on a 5+ (with the exception of special weapons and characters). I usually run a Berzerker spam list, but given the massive stat boost the Custodes received, I’m not sure if relying on sheer volume of attacks to take them down is still a viable strategy. I was considering bringing some Eightbound led by a Slaughterbound, though the number of attacks doesn't really convince me. I’d be interested to hear how you all are dealing with these particularly tough targets.

I've been part of a tabletop society at uni for a year now. I play Warhammer basically every other week. And I have never won a game.

I used to play tau, then chaos knights and I finally landed here a few weeks ago, built some poorhammer proxies and had my first game as a World Eater yesterday. And I won! In like a landslide, crushing defeat for my opponent. I don't think I've ever had as much fun as I did in that match and my opponent was also having great fun.

Just wanted to share here because I don't really have anyone to tell who didn't watch the game already. I hope to collect more skulls for the skull throne soon (:

I’ve been tinkering with the idea of kitbashing some blood wolves into my current army. Using wolfguard terminators kitbashed into chaos terminators, wulfen into 8B and grey hunters into bezerkers - I would combine the world eaters sprues with the SW sprues but just wanted to know lore wise if this would be realistic? Considering world eaters in 40K are a bunch of disbanded warbands that serve Khorne - I’d assume they’d fight together for the same cause?

Beyond that, would it affect using them in any tournament or league situations?

Light conversion to hopefully Khornify him enough...

Think im like 90% happy with how Dad turned out. Im sure I’ll be touching things up here and there as I move on but happy to get him off the desk and onto another.

Khornate Warp Talon I’ve semi-recently finished, although I’m still considering adding some color. I’m absolutely in love with aesthetics of Chaos Raptors and Warp Talons and to my surprise there isn’t that much official or fan made art of them and unsurprisingly we can’t use them and I wish we could! So I had to have a go at it and now I at least have a picture, haha.

Didn’t care for the spikes that come with the kit, so I drove finishing nails into the plastic and covered them with aftermarket skulls, and cheap necklace chains.

Started a WE army recently and found a scheme of which I like the result and don't hate painting.

Willing the share the proces if people are interested.

Seeing a lot of lists running 20 man blocks. Having never tried it, how is it best to deploy them and move them round without getting shot?

Is it easy to stage 20 dudes behind cover? Or is making use of blood surge the point?

Assume the goal is to get an early game multi charge target?

Realistically speaking Kharn is a very interesting troop.
Great damage output, good abilities, great saves, and his revive ability.

My question is there an army or list he’s never not good in? I know if you are running like a goretrack mainly daemon engine sorta army it would be different but even 1k, 2k, and 3k games I always find a spot for him to either lead zerks or be in a rhino with them.

Do you think He gets more point to value ratio on smaller games or larger 3k+ point games.

Also, what is the best optimal layout/settup for kharn in your opinion.

My word, what a fantastic story. A really good insight into Angron and the beginning of the World Eaters. I appreciate Angron even more now and have a deeper understanding of him. Really feels like a must read for us. Very digestible as it’s a short story. Highly recommend!

At Saturday we will play the first in game since the release of 11th.

Here are two list which I want to play, and yes I know angron seems a bit over but I play against iron hands with usually 3 Dreadnought and the other will play necrons or GSC imo. Both already told me ahead they will play a fluffy list.

Is the load out good enough or should I change some weapons?

I'm limited and I don't own some terminators. I could add some spawns or predator tank. But that's it,more or less.

If you have any advice in play style or how to play I'm open for everything
