They truly believe in their superiority and that everything they say is correct so it cannot be an insult because it's true. In their mind atleast
They also have fragile egos and react badly to being proven wrong or told no. Very quick to put others down and call them cry babies snowflakes etc but the second anything negative is aimed at them they are the world's biggest victim
So I think the pedophile in chief probably truly believes it
