Made me a fire looking burger, that shit has a perfect crisp. I made a special sauce and everything. I cut it in half and the bitch was raw.
I can not be bothered to make another burger so I’mma eat it raw (pause). I got a strong immune system, Salmonella be damned.

Looks like you have a lot to learn... cooking, home economics... basic self care since you said you 'didn't want to have to wash your hands'.

Bro, I wash my hands a lot when i cook. (As you should) i just don’t want my hands messy while I’m eating.
You’re thinking about it too hard, i even put one drop of ketchup on each individual nugget so i don’t get anything on my hand.

Pro tip... put the sauce on the side and dip your fries. And start using plates and silverware if you ever want to have a decent relationship lol

Well the good news is you probably won't get salmonella from beef. E Coli might be another story though. I'd have microwaved it for 30 seconds or so. Good luck.

Just a opinion but when you're frying a burguer, always have a lid on the frying pan and let the burguer cook on it's own juices, (put onion on top and side and let cameralize) That makes.it tender faster because of the lid, you're not just releasing the heat of the things you're frying, so they don't just send the vapor to your kitchen to grease your ceiling and walls
Just test your stove, you need to have a set time to put the lid, just put a timer on your phone
wait 5 minutes, take lid off, let cook and gain crust (you get the crunch without the lid), and serve and cut just like you did here. Just try different times and you'll see you get what you want
By the way... Just a FYY When you put the lid on, you're steaming, lid off, you're frying

Are you at a cookout or something? What’s the the paper plate and plastic fork?

Nah, just cooking dinner for my mother and brother. We don’t use the silverware often.
Didn’t want to have to wash my hands so I used a fork for the fries. Laziness. Used it to get pickles out the jar and didn’t want to waste it.

Get used to poking meat with your finger.
Cooked meat is firmer. Raw is more yielding. Do it enough times and you’ll be able to just tell.
A good starting technique is the image I’ve included.
Of course ground meat is different to steak but the technique will still work with practice.
An instant read thermometer is another option.

Ironically not a fire looking burger
