Omg I love it so much! I've seen people get another Wednesday for her paint it black outfit but I really didn't want to spend money on ANOTHER doll that I really don't need tbh...so I made her a closet for all the clothes she isn't wearing! I have a black Gothic bench on the way too for when she plays cello and will give the full full reveal tomorrow!

I think Rita Moreno could be an interesting choice to play Gomezβs mom if they ever introduce her in the show. Since weβve already met Morticiaβs mom, Hester, Iβd like to see Gomezβs side of the family explored too.
In the original 60s sitcom, Grandmama was Gomezβs mom and had a much more witchy look, so Iβd love to see the show bring that back rather than give her the same classy, aristocratic look as Hester. I think it would be interesting to see Rita transform into that kind of character, especially since she usually has such a classy and elegant appearance.
I also thought of Rita because sheβs Puerto Rican like Luis GuzmΓ‘n, which I thought was a nice connection. But Iβd be open to a Mexican actress playing her too since Gomez is canonically Mexican in the show.
Another reason I think Rita could be a good choice is that sheβs a legend and an icon in her own right. Wednesday has developed a reputation for casting iconic actors, so I think sheβd fit right in.
Who would you cast as Gomezβs mom?

So as we all know, s3 is right around the corner, probably dropping around late May or early June. I've been thinking a lot about all the new cast additions and how they're gonna fit into the story.
One of the biggest issues with s2, which I think most of us can agree on, was just how many subplots were jammed into it. It got pretty bloated and confusing, and a lot of storylines didn't really get enough breathing room to feel meaningful.
With even more new characters coming in s3, I really hope the writers don't fall into the Stranger Things trap. Adding so many new faces that the cast gets huge and the original group barely gets any screen time or development.
I just want to see the main core (Wednesday and the Addams/Frump family, Enid, Tyler) actually get solid character arcs without their plots getting drowned out. They're the ones everyone fell in love with in the first place, so hopefully they stay the main focus!
What do you guys think? Are you worried about the cast size or do you think they can pull it off?

It took me forever to find the Paint It Black fashion pack, but I finally have the full collection! I'd love to see an Enid/Agnes doll like the Rave'N Wednesday doll, the dance scene from season 2 was so fun and it would be nice for Agnes to get a doll with her hair down. I absolutely love my collection, looking at it will help tide me over until season 3 drops next year!

And the show portrays this much more expansively than just through the various species-/ability-based cliques at Nevermore. While pushing even deeper in on the concept of being βoutcastβ.
The almost-titular Outcasts, the Addamses, their ghoulish nightmare fetishism is seen as peculiar and off-putting even by other Outcasts. βGorgons are taught not to engage,β because their ability can so easily affect others. Hydes, being rare, βviolently unpredictable,β and not understood, are feared and basically shunned from wider Outcast society once their trait is unlocked or revealed. Then season 2 introduces the concept of Alpha werewolves, who are supposedly literally cast out of their packs and end up as lone wolves (the part that scares Enid the most). It's outcasts within outcasts within Outcasts. I just think itβs really interesting how they're playing on those themes of discrimination, prejudice, and othering within already marginalized groups (which is a very real life thing).

Okay, so I was watching Enid's death vision AGAIN (yes, I know π), and I noticed something that reminded me of Wednesday's very first vision of Rowan's death in season 1. I've already made a post about that vision (https://www.reddit.com/r/Wednesday/s/Sk4jTtpg4T), where I wondered whether someone might actually be manipulating Wednesday's visions, perhaps even controlling them, in order to control fate itself. And the irony would be pretty funny: Wednesday, who's obsessed with being in control, might actually be having her actions controlled by someone who's making her believe she's the one in charge.
Now, Enid's death vision is a rather symbolic one. We don't actually see her die. We see her grave and what looks like some kind of post-mortem reaction from her. And yes, that bloody eye might mean something, but that's another discussion. π What really caught my attention was something else: a possible observer in the distance.
I think this has already been pointed out, but looking at the images I've included, there's something interesting. In episode 1, the gravestone seen from a distance seems to have a human shape, almost like a hooded figure watching Wednesday as she stands in front of Enid's grave. Of course, it's far away, blurry, and hardly conclusive BUT when we see the vision again in episode 2, that shape has disappeared. The gravestone looks much more ordinary, without that rounded, head-like silhouette.
And that's not the only difference. In the episode 2 vision, we also see the raven's strange white eye, or third eyelid, as well as a hooded figure carrying a lantern. Almost like a ferryman... or some kind of Angel of Death. So the possible distant observer from episode 1 is gone, but these other rather intriguing figures appear instead.
And here's what I find especially strange: we've already seen that glimpse of the raven's third eyelid before. In season 1, episode 1, during Wednesday's vision of Rowan's death. The very vision that sets the entire season's plot in motion.
And there's another parallel between the two seasons. In season 1, Wednesday has a vision of a death that her own actions end up helping bring about. After all, if she hadn't gone to save Rowan, he wouldn't have died at that moment, and by running away, she would have prevented Laurel from using her for the blood moon sacrifice. So the vision doesn't simply predict the future. In a way, it helps create it.
And season 2? Well, we get another vision of someone's death, and once again, Wednesday's attempts to prevent it end up putting that person in even greater danger. I'd even argue that, through everything that happens, Wednesday unintentionally contributes to the sacrifice of Enid's humanity... but that's another debate. π
So here's my theory: what if someone has been watching Wednesday and manipulating her visions from the very beginning? Not necessarily showing her a completely false future, but showing her just enough to influence her decisions and guide her toward a particular outcome? Like a spider weaving its web, slowly trapping her without her even realizing it.
And who might be behind it? Personally, I suspect a Raven, and Ophelia is definitely one of my candidates. Could that strange white-eyed raven be connected to whoever is pulling the strings? Could the hooded figure be another representation of the same observer? Or are we looking at something else entirely?
Of course, we could also point out that Judi wears that kind of cloak in season 2, so perhaps the figure is simply her. But... I'm not entirely convinced.
The more I look at these visions, the more I wonder whether Wednesday's REAL stalker isn't someone who's been observing her all along, using her own visions to manipulate her while she remains completely unaware of it.
So, what do you think? Do you like the idea of a grand puppet master secretly pulling Wednesday's strings? π

I've always thought if I was an outcast I'd be a gorgon. So I made my own! Her name is Lael. I photobashed the first two pictures and drew the third one. I'd love to hear about your OCs if you have them!!!!

For years, people have been saying he was ousted for doing some very questionable things, but... was it actually true? Why did the whole thing just fizzle out? Did he pay a settlement? Was he cleared of wrongdoing? It seems to me that, after 2024, the conversation about Percy stopped at "he was a terrible person"...didn't one of the women involved with him actually admit she had lied about the accusation?

I couldnβt find a way to make it look realistic or look exactly like the Stranger Things poster where itβs like the actual image of the characters, so I just drew
