My boyfriend has been talking about using my account to trade because his account got locked/levied apparently due to unpaid legal fees.

He already gave me cash for it and wants me to deposit it into my bank and onto Webull. To be safe I think i would unlink my bank account after depositing if possible.

I’m thinking about it but still debating on if it’s a good idea? I don’t know anything about trading but he says there’s no way for him to make my account negative.

I’m trying to hear opinions and take it all in right now.. I guess part of me wanted this to make some sort of sense

So there's the flatten button to close all positions on the "Turbo Trader", but the button does not exist on the "Turbo Options Trader". I went through the settings and is not there.

Is there a reason for that? Is There a way to include the flatten button?

I have an account issue since last Tuesday. I have called every couple days and the agents have not been able to help me. I have asked for escalation to a manager. They say they will put in a request to have one call me back within 24 hours, but they never do. This has happened 3 times now. How do I get proper management supervision? Should I file a FINRA complaint?

I’ve been on Webull over 5 years, never had a margin account it was just cash. I didn’t do any promotions for the account, it was strictly for trading. I cashed out all my stocks early this year and left $.03 in the account. I checked the account yesterday and I saw almost $32 as my balance, I checkedthe history and it was about $64 last month. I looked at my trade history/dividend history and there was nothing reflecting the $32. Has this happened to anyone?

I want to withdraw the settle cashed from my Roth IRA that compromises a fraction of my total contributions. Webull does not allow this. They only allow you to process the withdrawal as if you are withdrawing EARNINGS.

That flips the order of operations per US tax statues. It's explicitly stated that Roth contributions (aka income that's already been taxed) are always to withdrawn before any earnings.

Webull's IRA don't have that option. I can manually drop the tax withholding 0%, but Webull will still withhold penalties—only if you move it to an external account. It let me process a $10 withdrawal to my Cash account without penalty. I am not concerned with them holding the 3.5% match value; the language is more arbitrary and capricious than that.

Can someone please tell me if I am missing something? I don't even HAVE any earnings to withdraw currently. Opened relatively recently so sitting at -0.34%. That is unrelated to my reason for withdrawing the fractional value but it further shows Webull seems to only function by trying to tax a loss?

I hope this is an easy fix! I'd really rather not just liquidate it and roll it over to Fidelity.

Is there a reason bracket orders aren't showing up on screen when I'm paper trading? It doesn't show up on the chart.

So we all know the controversy over webull the last week and its safe to say im worried. I think webull is the best investment / trading app out of all of them. Webull had the best app / desktop applications and easiest to use. But with the news coming out it’s looking hazey and grey about the future of webull. Im in college right now so the possibility of my money being in trouble isnt the best news to have. So i transferred my money to IBKR ( international brokerage). Im trying to get used to it but nothing compares to webull in my opinion, and IBKR was the closes thing to webull from watching reviews on the app. Are we copping with webull being in trouble and downplaying it ? What do you guys think about webull right now, and do you guys have any recommendations for investment/ trading apps or any stories ?

Does Webull charge $75 to transfer out a margin account and another $75 for the cash account or is it simply one $75 fee total? I have one account with a margin an cash portion.

My OTM option was incorrectly exercised. What gives?

-Not giving a search bar on the account tab
-making the tickets 2 slides to the right
-there no “press this button to answer yes to everything in 24 hours,”.
-I gotta search on markets then slide out to accounts press the etf three times to finally be able to sell and then go back 2x so I can go alter my ticket while the price changes.
Is this app intentionally making it so we trade slow? Does it love to get under our nerves?

Reported short interest rose from 36.17M to 41.60M shares while Finviz’s reported float dropped from 310.36M to 292.55M between September 15 and September 30.

That’s a pretty interesting combination, does anyone know what caused the float change? Trying to dig, we’ll have more info soon. LFG!

It’s been 24 hours and the only response I have seen from Webull is a statement they made to CNBC. Where is their corp comms? Where are the leaders pointing out the inconsistency in the congressional findings?

Why would the company need to register in the Cayman Island?
