I js got a new pen and the wax inside is very foggy and i cant see thru it. it also feels clogged and as if theres no airway even tho i unclogged it. qhen i usually buy from this brand its clear so idk if thats normal

basically title, i've only used other people's erigs until now and always use a traditional nail and torch at home. i have a pretty wide variety of concentrates, consistency and extraction style, but i have NO idea what the best temp/time would be for any of them.

been doing 485° for 50 seconds and i preheat for 3-5 seconds before starting the cycle to melt down whatever i'm dabbing first. live resin, distillate, BHO, rosin i've used the same exact temp+time.

usually it vaporizes most of it, expected amount of waste from this kind of device, but sometimes i have to run an extra 20-30 second cycle to finish it properly, even dabbing the same amount of the same concentrate twice in a row already. it feels super inconsistent and i dont know if its me or the device.

please let me know your best advice for getting consistent hits, i use 1 terp pearl cuz 2 seemed to cause a lot of splashing. would love to hear peoples temp/time settings too!!

I’ve noticed that silver or the less dye that is in silicone in my experience there seems to be less of that silicone rubbery smell connected to it like black Cione in a smoking device stinks more than the silver one I’m wondering, is anybody who had a pink or purple or green pocket mini noticed that it the silicone really stunk strong like rubber because the silver ones they kind of do but they are usable still I had to return the black OG pocket that I bought because it just smelled so bad and strong. It wouldn’t dissipate that rubbery smell, silicone Chinese kind of.

So the people. Who has the pocket mini in pink or purple. Does the silicone smell strongly. Maybe someone with both a silver and one that’s colored to compare possibly like I did with the OG with returning the black and I was lucky they let me return an opened item.

Would love your guys help on this issue. I’m trying to figure out if I should order. I’d like to get a pink or purple one, but I’m guessing maybe I should just get another silver mini I have a silver OG it would match more I guess and I just had better luck with the silver silicone or gray having less of a rubber smell. Has anybody else noticed that?

the current house i live in, my landlord doesn't care if we smoke weed indoors so i'm very used to smoking flower with a window open and fan plus air purifier. we're moving to an apartment building that doesn't allow smoking. im going to switch to concentrates and smoking out of a puffco, as well as getting a smoke buddy and a better air purifier. our building is away from all the other ones and we're on the 3rd floor which is the highest floor, in the corner of the building. we have neighbors across the door from us, one below them, one below us, etc. there are no vents so i'm not worried about smell traveling through there. my bedroom window faces the parking lot so i guess im just worried about someone smelling it if they walk outside. i'm not really concerned about the smell in my house/room but don't want it traveling to the across the door neighbors. i haven't smoke dabs in a very long time so i don't really remember how much they smell. would it be best to have my purifier, smoke buddy, room door closed and window open or all of that but my window closed while dabbing? i may be over thinking this but im not sure how strict they are.

Hey all I'm looking for personal experiences with the pocket vs the pocket mini.

I know the main differences (ceramic mouth piece lining, cloud 2.1 chamber, charger port on the side vs bottom) but I can't decide if the ceramic lining + charging port is worth the old cloud chamber.

I know in theory you could get the mini mouth piece and use it on the pocket with an imperfect fit (thanks to the user that posted those photos) or buy a new 3.1 chamber for the mini but all of this seems like it's doing too much. For reference I'm coming from a Yocan Uni 2.0.

Just looking for any experience in using these two devices and which you think is best to buy currently. Is cleaning really easier with the ceramic lined top? Is the charging port on the bottom really that annoying? Should I just say fuck it and save up for a ghost2 (I want to smoke at work so the switch2/go isn't ideal for my scenario).

A Yocan TGT-CDC coil with the 13mm OD 6mm ID XL donut - the donut is ceramic-glued in place and ~cannot be further disassembled.~ which must be removed to separate the donut. No further disassembly is possible beyond that - The frit is thoroughly bonded with the ceramic.

Two Cloud 1 coils, which were picked up for a song on clearance. Ceramic all-around heat bucket coils. For $2 each!

Lookah 710 Connect

Lookah 710 coil cans can be popped open without tools, just a compatible vape- screw it into the vape with a coin under the rim, and it will loosen the bottom, then twist the coin to pop it out.

Lookah ceramic-glues the Type A coils in place (the bastards! Presumably they had a problem in testing though as they don't do that on the type B coils - likely the dish was wobbling, probably enough for concern about premature coil lead failure? Maybe to keep us from seeing the bottom of the frit dish? The bottom of the frit gets super nasty in Lookah frit coils. However, ceramic glue is not ceramic: A small screwdriver or xacto knife can be used to break away the ceramic glue around both pins, where the wire comes out on the bottom. The pointy part of a pair of precision tweezers then poked out the ceramic in the wire hole next to the wire, and the coil can be removed - it's only glued at the wires.

The quartz frit coils, cup and all, from lookah's 710 coils can be easily transferred to an SAI coil, so you can try out quartz frit with less awful other hardware (SZ crossing doesn't like quartz frit do they? I don't think they list a single product with frit quartz!).

Those filthy frit coils are lightly used lookah type A 710 coils. One of the cups is a Lookah A-cup, the other is a Sai just to support the other one. The underside of them gets unspeakably filthy,. especially with lookah firmware which works very hard to waste as much of your wax as possible.]

The three sizes of donut coils and 2 of the three for disks (they're also made in a "13mm" (12.5) size, which is the easiest to find because puffco likes it).

The 13mm donut was obtained from the TGT-CDC coil next to it - other picture of this from before I figured out that I could remove the ceramic glue easily.

Other coils shown are bastard coils: A: Sai x 710D - Untested, virgin parts. B: 510XL x 710C - Tested and utterly awful, but the coil had been ruined before I declared it scrappable, putting the internals into another housing doesn't fix it. C: Sai x Yocan Cloud 1 bucket (yocan cloud 1 was the divine tribe cup heater or something I can't visually distinguish from one. They (DT) has mentioned the mass market ones copying their coils, this could be an example. I think it's telling that the next version of it (did they change anything other than the pricing and the markings on the side? They look very similar - I'm suspiocious that they just changed the package size from 5 to 1 and lowered the list price from 50/5 to 30/each or whatever..., as these have a very long life, so people shouldn't be needing 5, and they could be $oakign people that much harder. In any event, I only paid $27 for 3 boxes of 5 on clearance from the "e-cig mafia") Untested D: Lookah 710 x CDC (ceramic donut coil) - Untested. E: 510 x 1/3 Sai trip Ti - Untested

510XL (Yocan 17mm) - Three and a half designs:

Normal - Rim goes *into* the can. Airflow is through holes in the bottom of the ceramic cup or otherwise unrelated to the housing form

C4-DE+ - Funnicular lld to provide for the unusual airflow requirements of the C4-DE+ - rim is pressed *into* the can

Cloud1 - Two thick ridges on can, the can is pressed *into* the rim. Additionally, the floor can be removed with considerable difficulty, freeuing the connections

510+ (14mm, Yocan)

Normal - A scaled-down version of Normal 510XL. Nothing noteworthy

510 12mm

C4-DE - 11.6mm in diameter, 4.5mm bore 10.2mm ID 11mm deep

Miniaturized C4-DE+ (works much worse due to wax feed clogs from the narrow cup). The floor cannot be removed.

Cap-Top - 11.9mm threaded rim part of the can. Bottom can be removed with difficulty.

Generic - 11.9mm in diameter (with virtually no variation)

Gen A - 10.8mm ID, 4mm bore, 10mm deep. off-center hole hole cut 1.6mm into the integrated floor, which inexplicably is 2.5mm thick.

Gen B - 10.8mm ID, 4mm bore, 12mm deep.

Gen C - 11.2mm ID, 3.5mm bore 11mm deep

Gen D - 9.25mm ID, 4mm bore, funnel like non-removable rim, removable bottom like cap-tops.

Gnome dome - 11.7mm OD, 10.9mm ID 11mm, 4mm bore removable knurled bottom. Metal looks and feels like titanium, but nobody would be so daft as to make a consumable with such an expensive material and then not brag about iut...

SAI (SZC 14.5) Two designs:

Normal - Rim pressed into can. Floor not removable. There are at least three different ceramic cups used. The trip TI uses a cup with 6 holes instead of 2 like the quartz/ceramic single rod coils.

Bucket - Rim threaded and screwed into can. Floor not removable. Otherwise identical to the normal Sai coils

710 (lookah) - One design (type D coils have holes cut so, if you were using it in one of those non-existent 710 thread vapes that lets you see the side of the coil.... but there aren't... and lookah knows this because they're the only one making 710 vapes!). 14mm diamnter 16.5mm tall, with the rim extending 1.5mm beyond the wall of the can (so the rim is the same diameter as a yocan XL). Rim not removable.

910 (lookah) - No information.

Uni (lookah) - For original and 2.0 Unicorn, not mini. 18mm diameter, 16mm deep, 18.5mm tall on outside 7mm bore. Floor of Uni-II coils also pressed in. Rim threaded on Uni-II (a bucket coil much like the quartz sai)

Does anybody know somewhere I’d be able to get parts, specifically chambers, for my Releafy Glow? Whenever I try to buy from their website, I just get an error message that alludes to them not having a merchant account anymore. When I call the number (in china) it just gives me a busy tone. All the places online I can find seem to be either out of stock or a Canadian company that doesn’t ship to the U.S. I just recently unpacked it from some boxes still taped up from when I moved and I’d like to use it again.

So I just got the Yocam pocket in the travel case and I’ve had OG one where I was getting around dabs per charge when I first got it and then I went to around five or six towards the end of like the year and a half oh this new one it’s seems like when I first got it like the first day or so I was getting about 10 dabs per charge but then it just now it seems like I’m getting at two dabs one bar is missing and at three dabs one is missing but when I get to 4 dabs 2 bars are missing and then at 5 it goes to 1 bar left and at that point it doesn’t seem to hold enough battery life for a cycle at all and just dies at that one last bar where my older one I got when it first came out even was able to make a session when I had 1 bar of battery life left so I’m wondering what’s up.

What’s everyone’s experiences been. This is the new unit with eco mode vs the old one that just had standard.

Something doesn’t seem right and I would like to know what you guys think. I swear the first couple days or week I had it I was getting ten dabs a charge and now it’s like 5-6 on a brand new device and dying when it shows I have a full one bar that had never even been used. It JUST became that one bar and it’s already dead and might as well day zero bars.

I’m looking for recommendations for a 510-thread atomizer that can be used with a standard e-cigarette/vape battery, specifically for vaporizing cannabis concentrates.

A few requirements:

• 510 threading
• Compatible with a regular e-cigarette battery
• Available / reasonably easy to order within Europe
• Ideally under €50

I’m not sure yet whether I’ll become a regular concentrate user (not including carts, just concentrates), so I don’t really want to spend €100+ on a dedicated concentrate vaporizer at this point. I’m mainly looking for a reasonably priced 510-compatible option to try it out without investing too much.

For now, I either wanted to buy a cheap wax bulb atomizer like this on aliexpress or Cricket+ XVape atomizer but the first one is obviously super cheap and from aliexpress, and the second one is pretty small and easy to overfill/clug from what I red.

If you’ve used one yourself or tried one, I’d appreciate recommendations.

So for a while, I was trying to get rid of this brand new mouthpiece. I have that just reeked like chemical silicone. It’s one of my worst my least favorite things of silicone is the fact reeks and it takes a of so what I did is, I first stuck it in some soap water for a couple days. It really didn’t do much. It may be helped maybe 10% but what I did whole bunch of activated charcoal packets you know like the little packets that you get with certain types of foods and what not well I got ones that were actually activated charcoal instead of just silica beads and then I put it in a cup and then I saran wrap the cup and I put the I put the silicone with charcoal into the cup and just let it sit for a couple days and let me tell you the activated charcoal pulls all of the smell out of the silicone. The silicone is inner now and from scrubbing with EXO doing all this other that is the best trick I’ve ever found is using activated charcoal that absorb that smell.

Please do with what you wish but this is a huge deal for me. It’s put me off of buying stuff just from the silicone smell and taste.

Got a pocket a couple weeks ago but recently been having lots of splatter on the outside of the chamber piece and the inside of the mouthpiece in general.

Is this an issue from using more liquidy concentrates like badder (I noticed this the most with) or if I’m doing something wrong that would stop this issue. Is it just not meant for larger dabs?

This wax pen continues to demand a charge and won't pull even though it's been charged for hours. When I pull it it flashes red liquid drop and when I plug it in it cycles red and green but nothing happens.

Having an issue getting the pen to function, brand new about a week old. Coil is screwed in correctly, cleaned, but the tube connected to the coil bends slightly, which could possibly the issue?
Looking for advice on what could be wrong or if I need to buy a new coil for the pen.

Should I get the original larger Pocket so I can use both coil options? Or can the Mini use the 3.1 coils?

Hi, I've been hitting my wax pen almost every night before sleep. I've noticed that my face skin has gotten all rashy and got outbreaks. I suffer from eczema and clogged pores do that's the root cause. But I don't know whether I'm getting this outbreak fue to stress, hormones or the wax pen. Normally my skin is clear and normal, but on the last three days I've noticed it's gotten messy.

Mental health has also been fucked, but I've still kept doing my daily basic skincare routine.
