40k Analysis What do you think is your faction's most useless Unit?

To the level that it almost never makes it into your lists, or seen others run them much except as a meme. Running a survey here, trying to find out whether other factions have these as well.

His only use is in Coterie as a cheap body to run out and proc the Embrace the Pain strat. And that's if you have exactly 55 to 65 points leftover, otherwise you take chaos spawn.

True but for embrace the pain to work well he needs to be targetable by most of the enemy units damage you’re trying to avoid y‘know

Oh absolutely. Great for a greater daemon, knight, Guilliman, etc. But honestly, if you have 55 points left you probably just rework your entire list rather than take the sorcerer.
